SPECIAL MENTION FOR THE BIOLOGIBAR AT LOCALE BRAVO, BIO 2011!
The BiologicBar of the Hotel La Residenza participated in the 23rd edition of the competition Locale Bravo, Bio getting a special mention!
Locale Bravo, Bio is an initiative created to make known, promote and reward the companies of taste which believe that the use of organic products is an element of success for their offer.
It is the first selection of the biofriendly locals organized by the magazines Ristoranti - Imprese del Gusto, Bargiornale and Pianetahotel of Gruppo 24 ORE in cooperation with SANA, the International Exhibition of Natural Products. The award ceremony took place at SANA, (Bologna, 8th-11th September 2011), a professional fair dedicated to organic and natural products.
As our guests know, at the BiologicBar we serve food and drinks from organic and biodynamic farming, because we think its important to offer high quality products respecting the environment at the same time. This mention is not only a satisfaction, but also the confirmation that we are following the right way in the continuous search for balance between quality, taste and health in order to satisfy the needs of our guests in the best way.
