In a hotel certified by the EcoWorldHotel Environmental Quality Label, the new BiologicBar offers an innovative service of coffee shop and lunch service with food and drinks from organic and biodynamic farming.
Through the menu of the BiologicBar you can rediscover the taste of traditional cooking: healthy and tasty dishes, planned for your wellness and which enhance the best of the Italian cuisine, with food also for the vegetarians and the vegans.
It doesn’t matter if you are a vegetarian or not: you can choose between both a complete menu and sandwiches (with organic bread, of course) for a quick and healthy lunch, sipping delicious wines from biological and biodynamic agriculture or drinks like the bio-cola.

At the BiologicBar of the Eco-Hotel La Residenza you’ll also find a wide range of beverages, such as biological coffee, special teas, herbal teas and juices from organic and biodynamic farming.

For your aperitifs in an International atmosphere you’ll find cocktails and soft drinks, from the traditional ones to new mixes with fruit juice and wine. If you love beer, you can drink an excellent organic beer! You can sip your aperitif sitting at the tables made of recycled cardboard or in the relaxing garden of this ecological hotel.

While you wait to be served, or just if you want to learn something more about it, there are books and magazines at your disposal about ecology and natural food. Moreover, in the menu you’ll see the indication of the calories of each dish and the nutritional facts of some kinds of food that are still little known like seitan, quinoa, kamut, oats, spelt and barley.
You can also browse through the products of the Bio Shop and buy them . For your entertainment there are an Internet Point, the wi-fi and the play station.

The hotel and the bar use 100% renewable energy sources and everything is cleaned with 98% biodegradable products.
